About Us
White Fence Farms, a Monroe, Utah Subdivision from Tri-Baroness, L.L.C.
Tri-Baroness, LLC. is a group of three women who have come together to develop a subdivision in Monroe, Utah.
Sue Tuft, CEO/Operations
Suzanne Kastello Tuft was born in Milwaukee and had the wonderful opportunity to marry a Monroe native by the name of Eric Tuft. Eric and Sue have a 15 year old girl who loves school and all of this surrounding beauty. Mountains are not native to Sue but she has become so enamored with the desert and mountains that she feels like a native. Over the years Sue has worked in the computer field, programming, designing and running local area networks and providing data security for a very large community college. Now, she isn’t in the computer field but in the alfalfa field, helping run their 400 acre farm, of which the subdivision property use to be a part.
Developing property and building homes isn’t one of her main focuses but it is in her blood, as her brothers have been doing this kind of work for most of their lives. It just seemed natural to take on this project, when the time seemed right. Monroe is a beautiful place and she feels like this subdivision will only add to that beauty, bringing in great people and great ideas. Talk to her about her feelings for Monroe and you quickly gain the understanding of how much love she has for “The Little Green Valley”.
Robin Temple, Director of Finance
Hi! I'm Robin Temple, CFO of Tri-Baroness, LLC. Who would have thought
that an MA in Latin from BYU and a practitioner of alternative healing
would
become a land developer? But I am a believer in taking advantage of good
ideas
and opportunities; White Fence Farms really is a good idea and a great
opportunity! I look forward to building my last house in this beautiful
little
town and moving on to my next projects: organic gardens and greenhouses
and,
eventually, a center for alternative health care.
I am the widow of Gregory Temple, an insurance agent and financial
consultant for 22 years. It is he, and the many resource people he left
me with, who
prepared me to handle the financial operations of our project. Greg
believed
that I (and every woman) should know about money and how to handle it
wisely. As he wrote insurance or financial plans, he always insisted that
the
wives be an active part of any financial decisions that were made for
their
families. Simply, we practiced what he preached!
Two children have kept me busy for the past 22 years. Austen , age 22, is
employed by PC Laptops in Salt Lake City and is pursuing his certification
in
computer support at Salt Lake Community College. Brynna , age 19, is a
licensed nail technician and currently works in telemarketing in Salt
Lake. They
are wonderful children who love their mom very much!
I love to read, play Scrabble, do crossword puzzles. My favorite pastime
is
translating old English wills and Catholic church records. Water aerobics
and traveling keep me active.

Hi, I'm Rhiannon Beckes, Director of Sales and Marketing for White Fence
Farms.
White Fence Farms, to me, is about getting back to one's roots. The things
that really matter. After more than a decade and a half in Corporate
America, I know that when I get old and gray...and approach my later years
in life that I won't be saying "if only we'd completed one more merger" or
"I'll slow down after another big promotion". I'll remember the time with
family and friends, memories, experiences, etc. That's what I'll wish for
the most, and I assume the same for others.
A little about me current day? I am an active real estate investor (not agent) focusing on short sales, foreclosures, rehabs, rentals and developments. I also currently consult and work on Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Education team as the Sr. Administrator of Educational Counseling. I've also previously worked with some other coaching teams, to include Donald Trump's real estate/investment team, Franklin Covey, and Jack Canfield.
Prior to the coaching arena, I worked as the Skin and Body Care
Product/Marketing Manager for Nu Skin Enterprises Corporate Office. Years
earlier, under Nu Skin's Pharmanex Division (dietary supplements), I worked
as the Supply Chain Manager for Europe, Canada, South/Central America, and
International Emerging Markets.
The 8 years prior to these two positions entailed brand management,
marketing, export management, and supply chain management at an array of
health and dietary supplement corporations (TwinLab, Bronson Laboratories,
Weider Nutrition, Sysco Foods, and McLane World Trade).
I am single, enjoy traveling internationally, experiencing different cultures and food, and actively collect art during my travels. I love outdoor activities, including nordic winter sports (downhill skiing, x-country, snowshoeing), hiking, riding ATV's, fishing, etc. Although I have gone back to live in Salt Lake City, I do return to my home in Central Utah for extended weekends, where I enjoy the best of country living and all it has to offer in this area.
